This is our range of freshly prepared
cocktail/canapé food items. A selection of 8 items or more served as the
menu will please and suppress even the biggest of appetite's or alternatively
a selection of 3 items as an appetizer to the start of any function.

Classic Spit Roast

Our purpose designed roasting ovens provide an
interesting talking point to any function whilst roasting on-site. You can
also have it hosted by one of our expert chefs and staff or have the roast
pre prepared for your convenience.
Accompanied by a selection of fresh salads or hot vegetables, bread rolls
and light desserts, this is a real winner and great value.
